Attention Mastercard® Credit Card Holders!
The new Mastercard® management website is live and all users will have to re-register.
If you are using Single-Sign-On from It’s Me 247, you will need your last 4 digits of your SSN, your Date of Birth and your ZIP Code.
If you log in directly to the Mastercard® management website, you will also need to have to have your Credit Card number. You will have to create a new username (it cannot include your first or last name), password and questions/answers to 3 security questions.
As additional security enhancement, we implemented One-Time Passcodes.
You will be required to use One-Time Passcode, when you log in directly to the Mastercard® management website or update your information in Profile and Services sections.
Your email address or cell phone number will be a destination for a one-time 6-digit passcode to be delivered for access to the Mastercard platform. You will have to receive and enter new 6-digit passcode every time the Mastercard site needs to be accessed, unless you chose to “remember this device”. A “One-Time Passcode” means that it is only good for one time use.
A long-awaited transition to our Core Processor’s products took place Monday, October 4.
This brings everything under one umbrella with one log-in and additional safety features (Lock/Unlock and Transaction Activity Alerts) for managing our plastics (Debit &ATM Cards).
Your existing APPs will no longer be active and MUST be updated
Apple Devices (the App Store) If you are set to automatically update your apps, the NEW Greater Metro app will replace the one you have been using.
If you ARE NOT set up for automatic updates, you have to go to the App Store and update to the NEW Greater Metro App
Android Devices (Google Play) You have to go to Google Play and download the NEW Greater Metro App. The one that you have on your phone will not automatically update and must be deleted.
ALL REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE (RDC) USERS
The “Deposit” feature is NEW and is part of our Mobile App integrated with our On-Line Banking.
You will be using your “It’s Me 247” credentials but you will have to RE-REGISTER for this feature once you are set up with the NEW Greater Metro APP.

This new version of online banking combines both the desktop and mobile versions into a single design that works on every device. So, whether you are using your phone, tablet, or home computer the overall look and feel will appear uniform across all platforms!
