The nation is under siege as everyone tries to navigate through unchartered waters. We at the Credit Union hope that you and all those close to you are healthy and safe.
So far, it is business as usual here at Greater Metro. We have plans in place, should the need arise, for all staff to work remotely and continue to serve our membership. The Teller Window in Long Island City remains open as does our Branch at the VA Hospital.
Our Shared Branch Network is still available to members, but that service may be curtailed based on the respective actions of the credit unions offering this accommodation. Drive-thru’s should be operational.
It’s Me 247 Online Banking, Remote Deposit and our Mobile App are all available for members to conduct financial transactions. Our Automated Phone System is also available.
The recent FED interest rate cuts will impact Variable Rate loan products as of April 1.
We will do our best to keep everyone informed through Online Banking, our Website and by Email.
