Board of Director Elections 2012 Deadline Extended to January 31,2012. Beginning with the distribution of our September 30, 2011 Statements, we began announcing that the period for interested members to submit resumes and or applications to our Nominating Committee to be considered as candidates for two Board positions would end on December 31, 2011. Board positions are for a term of three years and rotate among those holding the five seats in order to maintain a continuity in leadership. In order to give members additional time to submit their applications/resumes for consideration, the deadline of December 31, 2011, has been extended to January 31,2012.
