As of July 5th 2016, all old non-EMV Debit Cards have been deactivated.
EMV-Chip Enabled Debit Cards were mailed out to active users at the end of February.
If you have not activated yours yet, please do as soon as possible!
Over the last few weeks we have made calls and emailed members to find, activate and/or start using the new cards. In some cases we found that the phone numbers we have (home/work) are no longer in service. We need current and accurate contact information to better serve you.
Please make sure yours is up to date by logging into It’s Me 247 and checking your “Personal Information” under the “Info Center” tab.
All members who are signed up for It’s Me 247 Online Banking will be greeted with a revised Online Banking Agreement when logging in. This is due to the Bill Pay Service change which falls under the Online Banking Agreement. The original agreement was revised on November 16, 2015 to accommodate those Credit Unions who went live with Payveris earlier. We are going live with it now. You will need to Accept the Terms before moving on to your business, regardless of whether you are enrolled in Bill Pay or not. (But you should be!!!!!)
Existing Bill Pay users, please click here to see information about what changed.
Download the Greater Metro FCU Mobile App from either Apple App Store, Android Google Play or Amazon Appstore on your device. In your store’s search, type in “Greater Metro FCU”, and you will find the free app.
Remote Deposit Capture is part of the Mobile App and will allow you to deposit checks without visiting a branch, ATM or looking for an envelope.
Click here for instructions and more details about Mobile App and RDC.
When you sign on to “It’s Me 247” you’ll now see your MasterCard information. This may be enough for you but if you want the ability to continue on to view your MasterCard information on the PSCU site, you can enroll in “Single Sign On” (”SSO”).
Please note that once you choose the Single Sign-On Method of accessing your MasterCard account through “It’s Me 247” Online Banking, you will NO LONGER be able to REGISTER for the MasterCard Account “The Old Way” from our home page. If you registered for access from our home page before, you will continue to be able to access it either way. Click Here for details.
