As of July 5th 2016, all old non-EMV Debit Cards have been deactivated.
EMV-Chip Enabled Debit Cards were mailed out to active users at the end of February.
If you have not activated yours yet, please do as soon as possible!
Over the last few weeks we have made calls and emailed members to find, activate and/or start using the new cards. In some cases we found that the phone numbers we have (home/work) are no longer in service. We need current and accurate contact information to better serve you.
Please make sure yours is up to date by logging into It’s Me 247 and checking your “Personal Information” under the “Info Center” tab.
All members who are signed up for It’s Me 247 Online Banking will be greeted with a revised Online Banking Agreement when logging in. This is due to the Bill Pay Service change which falls under the Online Banking Agreement. The original agreement was revised on November 16, 2015 to accommodate those Credit Unions who went live with Payveris earlier. We are going live with it now. You will need to Accept the Terms before moving on to your business, regardless of whether you are enrolled in Bill Pay or not. (But you should be!!!!!)
Existing Bill Pay users, please click here to see information about what changed.
On February 12, the Nominating Committee submitted the names of Mark Schwefringhaus and Monica Duffy to the Board Secretary as candidates for the two seats expiring this year. One seat will be for a three year term as this position was part of the regular election cycle. The other seat will be for two years to fulfill the term of Director Thomas Amato who retired on February 1st.
Those still wishing to be considered for these two seats can submit their resumes/applications through the Petition Process. This process requires a petition signed by 53 Credit Union members which must be received by the end of business on April 7, 2016. If there are more than two candidates, there will be an election held from the floor at the Annual Meeting on May 18, 2016.
Director Thomas Amato retired from the Board of Directors on February 1, 2016. The Credit Union extends to him its gratitude for his many years of service as an active Board member and as a volunteer. The Board of Directors voted to appoint Associate Director Mark Schwefringhaus to serve out the remainder of Thomas Amato’s term through this year’s annual meeting.
